Our custom-made slings are covered by a one-year warranty, which includes:

• ✅ Sling unraveling

This warranty does not cover:

• ❌ Punched holes
• ❌ Rips or tears
• ❌ Normal wear and tear

Vinyl Straps

All vinyl straps come with a one-year warranty.

This warranty does not cover:

• ❌ Color fading

Umbrellas

We offer a five-year warranty on umbrellas. However, this warranty does not cover:

• ❌ Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters)
• ❌ Weather-related damage
• ❌ Improper securing of the umbrella
• ❌ Misuse, vandalism, or neglect
• ❌ Wind-related damage
