  • What about if I do not know the brand of my sling furniture?

You do not need to know the furniture brand; you can get custom replacement slings that have the same quality as your current sling brand. Please view our how to measure instructions.

  • What about if I do not see the model of my furniture sling brand?

Please e-mail us & upload a picture so we can attempt to identify the model for you.

  • How long does a replacement sling last?

There is no way to tell exactly how long patio slings will last. If your furniture remains outdoors, your replacement sling will last an average of 5 to 8 years depending on where you live and how you maintain the slings.

  • Can I send you a sample piece of the sling fabric?

Yes you may. We will do our best to accommodate you with the closest fabric we carry. Please view our sling fabric selection on our sling fabric sample page.

  • Can I send you my old sling to use as a pattern?

No. An old sling stretches over time, therefore it is not an accurate measurement. You must measure your sling while it is installed. Please follow our how to measure instructions.

    2 piece upward curve chair:

  • Are replacement slings hard to install?

If you like to tackle DIY projects, you should have no issues installing new replacement slings. Visit our sling installation instructions page and if you still have questions, please contact us, so one of our technicians can guide you through the process.

  • Do I need any special tools to install slings?

It all depends on the type of furniture you have. You only need some basic tools and a sling rail spreader tool (DeWalt 24 in trigger spreader/clamp), which is required in most chair sling installations.

  • What kind of material are slings made of?

Our sling fabrics are made of PVC coated polyester. It is a high quality fabric made in the USA which has UV protection and is specially designed for outdoor use. Please view our product specification page for more details.

  • What is the lead time for replacement sling orders?

Sling orders are processed in the order they are received. All our slings are custom made and must be produced. The processing time will vary depending on the season. It is usually an average of 7 to 10 business days excluding shipping time. The shipping time will be based on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. We do not provide rush orders during high season (from May to August).

  • Do you offer sling fabric samples?

Yes, you can get free samples. We strongly recommend requesting fabric samples before placing an order, since your device’s screen can not show the exact color and texture of the sling fabric. Go to our sling sample page to view our sling fabric selection and get free samples.

  • Can I make my own sling?

Yes, you can order sling fabric by the yard. In order to make your own sling, you will need a heavy duty sewing machine as well as a UV protected thread for outdoor use.

  • What if the sling I ordered does not fit?

If after having followed our installation instructions you are still having installation issues, please call us, so one of our technicians can assist you.

In order to receive the discount, you will need to ship the sling(s) back to us at your own expense.

  • If my chair has a welded bar in the back, how can I install a new replacement sling?

If your chair has a bar welded to the frame, you will need to email us a picture before you place an order. Since it is a difficult installation, we need to get a picture from you in order to allow us to determine whether you will be able to install the sling yourself.

  • Can you install the new slings for me?

We install slings in Broward county, parts of Palm Beach county and parts of Miami Dade county. You can call us at 954-970-7497 to inquire. You can also bring your furniture to our facility in Pompano Beach, FL.

  • What size spline should I use?

Most chairs' rods have a medium spline (7/32" in diameter). A few chair models have large spline (¼" in diameter). A smaller size spline is also available, since it is used only in some particular furniture brands.
If you do not select the size of the rod when placing an order, we will by default ship your slings with the medium size spline.

  • How should I clean my sling furniture?

Outdoor furniture should be cleaned periodically with a multipurpose cleaner; we recommend Casual Clean® Multipurpose Cleaner. Routine cleaning will help enhance the appearance and extend the life of your patio furniture. This cleaner attacks the sun-baked dirt and mildew stains. Dilute with water for less difficult cleaning jobs.
Hose down. Dilute 1 part of Casual Clean® Multipurpose Cleaner to 5 parts of water. Scrub using a nylon brush, sponge or a cloth. Rinse thoroughly and leave in the sun to dry. To prolong the life and beauty of your fabric, we recommend that a towel be placed over the sling when using any tanning or insect repellent products. Should any of these products come in contact with the fabric, wash and rinse immediately as noted above.
Do not use bleach, solvent-based cleaners, or water temperature of 100 degrees. Do not put sling in the swimming pool.

  • Is there any fabric that you sell better than others?

No, all the fabric that we sell is equivalent in terms of durability and quality since they are all made of PVC coated polyester. The only differences are the weaving pattern and texture.
