HOW TO INSTALL DOUBLE WRAP STRAP
Tools needed to complete this task: See Pic.1
- Pot of warm water (just under boiling point)
- Scissors
- Tape measure
- Hole puncher (if you will cut your own strap)
- Hammer or rubber mallet (optional)
- Gloves

Place the straps inside the pot and wait for 5 minutes before installing. We recommend wearing gloves to protect your hands, and when you are ready to start, use tongs (optional) to grab and install one strap at a time. Once you remove the strap from the water, you have to install it right away, otherwise it will cool down and harden.
Step one: Attach strap to one side of the frame
Push the rivet into both strap. Insert the rivet into the hole of one side of the chair frame and if necessary use a hammer to tap it in. As shown in Pic. 2

Step two: Wrap strap around the frame
Wrap the strap around the frame twice. As shown in Pic. 3

Step three: Pull strap
Stretch and pull the strap over the opposite side of the chair frame by 5” as shown in Pic. 4 and 5

Step four: Attach strap to the opposite side of the frame
Wrap the strap around the frame twice (same as the 1st side) as shown in Pic. 6 and 7

Step five: Adjust strap
If necessary, slide and adjust the strap as shown in Pic. 8 and 9
