HOW TO INSTALL SINGLE WRAP STRAP
Tools needed to complete this task: See Pic.1
- Pot of warm water (just under boiling point)
- Scissors
- Tape measure
- Hole puncher (if you will cut your own strap)
- Hammer or rubber mallet (optional)
- Gloves

Place the straps inside the pot and wait for 5 minutes before installing. We recommend wearing gloves to protect your hands, and when you are ready to start, use tongs (optional) to grab and install one strap at a time. Once you remove the strap from the water, you have to install it right away, otherwise it will cool down and harden.
Step one: Attach strap to one side of the frame
Push the rivet into both strap holes (if you purchased precut strap with aluminum clip or grommet, they will already be inserted on both sides). Insert the rivet into the hole of one side of the chair frame and if necessary use a hammer to tap it in. As shown in Pic. 2

Step two: Pull strap
Stretch and pull the strap over the opposite side of the chair frame by 3”. Pic. 3, 4, and 5

Step three: Attach strap to the opposite side of the frame
Insert the rivet into the
hole of the chair’s right
side frame, and if
necessary use a hammer
to tap it in as shown in Pic. 6 and 7
